Chapter 3 - Thoughts
The brain is a very powerful tool but can also be a dangerous place for mentally ill people, it can change your perspective, your values, the way you view the world in seconds and make you end it all with just one action or thoughts. It will convince you that you are this bad person and make you live it, it will change how you view yourself, there's no escape or so you think.
The hardest thing is to admit you are going through this, seeing that you might have fake scenarios making you think stuff that isn't real. Is what might make you feel crazy but it's actually the first step of getting better from this.
